    Default Hello from New Hampshire

Just joined this forum. Looking for new ideas and marketing techniques in this competitive slow economy. Anyone have a checklist or questions asked when hiring new drivers besides the obvious. Good drivers who are dependable are hard to come by how do you weed out the good from the bad.

Welcome to the Forum. Please use the Search function to explore questions such as those you posed. There is a huge volume of information available on these topics that has already been posted. If you develop additional questions after reviewing the material already posted, then please pose those questions clearly in a new thread rather than digging up an old topic or hijacking a thread.

Greetings! Along with Marc's advice, might I make another small suggestion? Could you maybe just give us your first name? Put it in your profile or sigfile if you like. No biggie if you prefer not to, but I' rather address you as something besides "borderlimo" (unlesss of course you preferr that). It kinda helps bring you into the fold.

Again, welcome to you, _____ !

    Smile A Tip

For over thirty years I have worked off a vast referral network, plus we have active chauffeur recruiters that we pay. Never settle for people who are just looking for a job-any job. The difference between skilled and unskilled labor and how you understand this gradient will determine how far you go in the industry and the type of work you do.
