    Let me try to answer both of your questions:

    1) On the back end the company can set time slot where the prices would be different. For example: You can say, between hours of 11:00pm - 6:00am charge 20% extra. The charge can be a percentage of the base fee or a fixed amount (ex: charge $25 extra OR charge 20% of the base price).

    2) The payment can be divided any way you want because we do not charge the customer. Once the reservation is booked, we send you a password protected PDF file with the customer’s reservation details. This PDF would contain the pickup, drop-off, billing, credit card, etc... Basically it would include everything that was entered during the reservation. You can also choose the method of payment from the back-end: Cash to driver, Check to Driver, Card on File, Credit Card (with the type of card), etc…

    Another thing we recently added is "Point To Point" transportation, which does automatic fare calculation based on the distance from Pickup to Drop-off Location.

    I notice banners on the page can I have your software integrated with the look and feel of my site.

    The banner that you see on the top of our demo site (http://demo.thebookingtool.net) is just an example. That banner would be replaced with your company's logo/banner. Also, clicking on that banner would forward the customer back to your home page. If you would like to see how other companies have set it up, then check out any of my active customers from http://www.thebookingtool.com/testimonials.html

    You will also have the ability to change the blue border that you're seeing around the search box after 2 weeks. We working on updating the blue image and style sheets to allow the customer to change the blue border to a choice of their own.

    What happens on my end is one thing but the page that loads is on your end. So the question is will you or will you not match your site with the company using your software.

    Yes, we will match it as much as we can. We can change the background colors to match your site. We can change the fonts, font colors, etc to match your site.
