Smile Evite and Paypal to encourage sharing the cost

Hey there - I don't know if this idea has been posted before by anybody - but I'm pitching in in my blog and I thought I would share the idea. Some of my clients used this as a strategy for sharing the cost of a limo for their holiday party. Using Evite and Paypal.

Read more about it on my blog:

Just a thought - if anybody wants to copy the idea on their site - if you could just give me an inbound link - either to this blog post or to my main page I would appreciate it!

Rachel, good advise. Lots of people I'm sure would find that definitely interesting. Thanks!

I like it. We get a lot of party bus people that want to pay cash because everyone is "chipping in", this may be a good way for the person arranging the party to not get stuck holding the bag at the end when people don't feel like paying their share.

In Montana one person or party has to hire the car. You cannot charge or collect "per person". I like this from a business standpoint because you have one responsible party for the hire rather than four couples or eight "friends" pointing fingers at each other if something is amiss.

I agree with the rest, very good advice to try and assist clients so they can book more limo jobs.

How would you do charters to casinos/tourist attractions/etc. This seems strange.

One person takes the responsibility and invites their friends. We cannot build a package designed to solicit "unrelated" parties to fill up a vehicle for such events/destinations.
