Default JFK to Times Square (Limo)

I have a client arriving at JFK next Thursday that needs a ride to Renaissance Times Square hotel for a drop and back to the airport on Monday. Three passengers.

Can anyone do this job for me and how much total???

Absolutely Jim. From JFK to Manhattan in a sedan our rate is $150.50, that's including all tax, tolls, parking and gratuity, an SUV would be $229.40. On the return trip from Manhattan to JFK in a sedan our rate is $138.35 and for an SUV it would be $204.00. These prices are all inclusive unless there are additional stops and we'd gladly extend to you a 20% discount off of those rates to introduce you to our superior services in the New York City Area. Let me know if those rates sound good to you and if you would be interested in some more information regarding Private Chauffeur Club, you can reach my via e-mail as well: rachel@privatechauffeurclub.com. I hope to hear from you soon.

Jim, Your rate should be around the $110.00 to $135.00 range depending on what company you go thru.

Sorry - I should have specified that they want a limo. Thanks for the rate info though. Can anyone tell me why it is so much for a transfer that on the map shows to be 25 minutes?

I did get a quote from Diva which was $150 for a limo and as you can see Rachel is offering $150 as well but for a sedan and they want a limo.

    Thanks Rachel!

    Hey Jim,
Depending on the time of day and day of the week it can take anywhere from an hour to an hour and forty-five minutes to get to JFK from the city. Traffic in NYC is beyond ridiculous especially around the holidays! Like Gunny said, sometimes it can take half an hour just to get out of JFK and that's hoping there's not someone broken down or pulled over or an accident or road work... the list of what if's goes on and on and on We allow 2 hours travel time for all of our clients for the what ifs!

    Rachel-
I find it interesting that your information indicates you operate in Southern Indiana, yet you are quoting service in New York. According to my atlas, they are four states and 700 miles apart. That's almost the length of the state of Montana.

    Hey Mark

Our main office is located in New York City. We've been up and running there since '04. We have just opened the doors to our Indianapolis office in October of this year so I've relocated from the Bronx to Indianapolis to get the new office up and running. I was wondering if anyone would ask about that! My partner Julien runs our NYC office.

Jim - One word of caution, Partners is mostly made up of I/O's. If you are comfortable with dealing with a dispatched I/O job, then call them. You know as well as me if this group is VIP's, then I/O's may not be good.

On another note, Partners is a great business model, and Guy P is good people, just want to make sure that you know what your affiliate on the other end is doing for you.
