I have uls and it good to me, Have no problems with it.
I like how easy it is to use, once you get use to it.
I also do credit card processing with it. Robin at ULS has been great.

    Default Have you used ULS?

I would also like to find out if any users of ULS limousine software have comments. We have worked with several different software packages in our reservations center for limo companies and have been through the demo with ULS. They seem to have a pretty good suite of functionalities. I understand that they are floating a more entry level version for smaller limo operators as well as the more robust full-featured system the the big guys. Anyone with some experience with actual use, I would like to hear more about this product. Is it something you would recommend? For smaller or larger companies or both? Would it work well with multiple call center agents / reservation agents in it at the same time doing dispatch work? What do you like and not like about the software (most importantly for us as it relates to taking reservations, quoting rates for services, and handling dispatch functionalities)?
    Cheers,

I have tried just about every software out there. I really like LimoAnywhere. You can access your data from anywhere, and they have great online reservations. Very simple to use and offers email and fax confrimations, credit card processing and much more.

I purchased ULS at the Limo show in Atlantic City, but talked to robin at the LCT East show in Moheagan Sun Casino in Ct. I knew i was going to buy it, because robin at ULS took the time out at the show to show me how to use it. I like it alot, especially the credit card processing. got rid of the old company, and the machine, now i do it right threw the ULS program and it prints out right on the trip sheet. I have the lite version for small operator, so i don't know too much about the larger version, but if it's anything like the smaller version, don't see how you can go wrong.

Easy to use, i recommend it, and like i said robin has been great, anytime i need a question answered, i call her up, and we discuss it. You can email confirmations, and also follow up, with a thank you email after you have provided service. Great tool.

Did I miss something? Wasn't the OP asking about ULS? I see all these people getting agitated about asking questions that have been asked before - and say nothing when a post goes OT. The OP asked about ULS - not opinions on LimoAnywhere, FastTrak or plugs for Silent Dispatch.

I actually have been playing with their software for about a week now and really like it. I am doing an online demo with them on Monday. So far it seems to have a lot of nice features. Would love to hear a few more comments on what other operators have to say as well as their fleet size to see how it handles what size fleets.

No need to apologize! Just because one person didn't like your post doesn't mean the rest of us do not value a variety in options. That is what this is for. Everyone here is in one way or another looking to promote their business and there are no set "rules" on how to post, where or when.

I for one like my CCO (Corporate Car Online) software but am always looking at what options are out there. It seems they all pretty much do the same things, from sending out confirmations and trips to the customer as well as the drivers to various reporting and financial statements. I recommend any type of software for the 1 car operators all the way to the big cats. Some people are still in the old ages writing things down on paper and on calendar books. Don't get me wrong, if it isn't broke, don't fix it. But customers, at least the ones that call me, expect a booking number and confirmation sent to them.

Anyways, promote your business every chance you get in every way you can, and if some people don't like it, then too bad!!!

    J,

Thanks for the support and right now we ARE counting John Peters Professional Limo as one of the early adopters of our system, and as such, we're VERY interested in their input and feedback. We want to keep him as a user and see his use of our products expand - every business has the same blatent goal.

That being said, the earlier posted suggested that THIS thread was about one of our competitors, ULS. I will agree that is that is what the poster wanted to know about, I should pretty much honor that that as the topic of conversation. As a foirum particpant, I need to abide by the rules of engagement - one of which is to stay on topic. I strayed a bit.

I'm not going anywhere and I am always open to a good conversation. I love what we're doing at SilentDispatch, passionate about it and if asked, I'll share what I know / think I know about our competitors and why / how I think we're better.

    Hello Everyone,
Thank you for your opinions. To be clear I have looked at LimoAnywhere, Fasttrac and others. I got the answer I was looking for and that was that no one has had really any problems with ULS software or the service. People spoke high on the service and that is very important to me. Thank you again for your input.

a lot of small to medium sized limo business in the USA use Limo Anywhere. This is web based system which you can access from any Internet-connected computer. Plus, you can exchange orders between your affiliates electronicly. Plus you track flights & process credit cards and much more.

    It works great for us.
