    Default Hello from Denver

Hello everyone, my name's Geoff and I'm looking at starting a black car service in the Denver area starting in '09. Wanted to introduce myself, and also a big thank you, especially to gunny, dean schuler, geoff levine (and a host of others that post regularly) as I've been reading up on the forum for the last month or so and finally decided it was time to join. The information you have provided has been very valuable in my decisions to move forward with this business.

Welcome to the Forum, Geoff II. I am from Denver and still have family and friends down there. Denver is a pretty saturated market after the DNC. That was only a very short term glut of business. I encourage you to do your feasibility homework and careful market analysis before committing your dollars and time. I would have benefited from more of that before starting our business. There may be great opportunities showing up during these challenging times, but I do not believe Denver is one of them.

LEt's hop things are good in 2009. It is easier to start a limo company when the economy is good versus bad times.

    But good luck
