Default Welcome to the New Limo Forum!

Welcome to the New Limos.com | LimousinesOnline.com forum!

We are proud to announce the new Limos.com forum, now hosted on LimousinesOnline.com. Finally, we can proudly proclaim that the Groupee / Eve forum board is history!

You will find that the functions and features here at the new forum are more comprehensive and personal to your needs.

    1) You can set the forum order.

    2) Preview posts (Can you believe you couldn't do this before?)

    3) Post videos (Automatically displays inline)

    4) Post bigger avatars

    5) More defined quote.

    6) More smilies

    7) Social groups, enhanced profiles

    8) Rep each other ... like a post? Give that user rep. Don't like a post? Negative rep that person. As rep ratings increase, your "Limo Strength" improves.

    9) Latest news is automatically posted in the News forum .. you can comment at will.

To start taking advantage of the new Limo forum, we suggest the following:

    1) Update your profile by clicking "Edit My Profile" -- set your preferences!

    2) Update your avatar.

    3) Start taking part in the fun!

    Default Congratulations

The new forum looks great. I'm sure the migration was a pain, but the results are excellent. I'm surprised how much of the forum you were able to keep intact. Changing over from an old system like groupee to vbulletin can be ugly.

Thanks for initiating this change and placing the forum on a stable platform.

    One Issue:

My old password didn't work on the new forum. To fix this, I requested a new password through email, then used the new password to login and edit my profile to use my old password. It's a small issue, but one the members should be aware of.

Nothing is up, add an avatar by clicking on Edit Profile. Then, "Edit Avatar"

Michael - The avatar permissions need to be turned on in the administration panel. The system isn't giving us the option to upload a picture.

Maybe I'm just blind or something. I want to edit my profile. But where the heck is the "Edit my profile" link?

Great job ... also, after hitting my profile there is "Edit Options" which present you with a whole slew of customization options ... reply interface, thread mode, etc.
