    The only ones I see suckling off the entitlement act are the franchisee's who can't take a crap without a chit from Carey International riding the coat tails of the NFL into someones elses backyard. And the amusing part is that the local association's leadership just bend over & take it v. being real leaders. Yet again, integrity, courage & leadership is not a civilian attribute.

    Considering the demographic make up where the majority of SB's are played;

    The Draconian laws concentrated in the same regions and;

    That a large percentage of NLA & TLPA leadership is located within the same regions.

    I can concur with this statement.

    Anyone hear of that city in Taxachussetts where some taxi service was operating under a limo license? The cure? Put all limo ops under the same licensing as Taxicabs! Makes sense to me...

    Supported by the New England Taxi oh err Livery Association.

    Can't make up your mind Gunny about which avatar to use? What is this -- 5 in 2 weeks?

    I would suggest for farm-in work a signed affiliate agreement with 30 or 60 day terms backed up by a credit card which will automatically be charged if payment is not made by check.

    This is a simple enough one pager that anyone here can draw up on their own.

    Good point brought up by Tony. It's your business! You dictate payment terms. If you deviate from it because you're dealing with a national franchise & are all star-struck & get screwed, you have no one to blame but yourself.
