Default Cannot get insurance on 20 passenger limo bus

We purchased a 20 passenger limo bus to use for weddings, proms, airports, etc. It is NOT a party bus but insurance companies don't see it that way & won't give us a quote. This vehicle would be a big boost to our business as there isn't any others in the area & we are getting numerous inquiries already. We are based in Orange County NY. Have a us dot# & just received interstate operator acceptance (we are on the border of NY, NJ, PA). Can anyone help? We really don't want to sell the bus but there may be no other way. Thanks.

Check insurance for charter bus or passenger bus. Do not use party, limo etc.. in your description.

How it usually works is your insurance broker gets a commission on your policy for being the middle man and getting you the best quote on your policy. I would find another insurance broker if they aren't doing their job.
