    Default 2011 Lincoln TC Exec L ?

Can anyone tell me if Lincoln de-contented the 2011 Exec L? I thought I remember reading about the air bag suspension being deleted on some TCs the last year of manufacture. I'm considering purchasing a limo but don't want to if it doesn't have the airbag suspension.

It's too far away to personally confirm & the guy selling it doesn't have enough of a brain to take a picture of the rear axle where the air bags would be.

He was able to send this picture which seems to be the airbag air line.

    Any assistance/confirmation would be appreciated.

    I have three 2011

But not the L version just the regular version.

And they all have springs. No airbags.

I'd take springs over airbags any day. Bags are a maintenance hassle. I can't tell the difference in ride anyway. If you need greater load capacity, add air shocks.

In regards to 2011 Town Cars. All L's come with Air Suspension and Normal size ones come with Springs. If you are looking for an actual limo, if it was built by a QVM builder it is a dumbed down L version and therefore would come with Air Suspension..... No offense to gentleman who said springs are better.... Yeah, not so much. The air ride isn't that much of a problem for maintenance, and definitely worth the difference in ride (especially when it comes to a limousine). There is only 2 real components that make up the air ride that should ever need servicing. 1) Air Bags ($80/Each, Lasts 150-200K, about 20 min. start to finish to replace) 2) Air Compressor ($ 200+, Lasts 300K+, about 20 min. to replace). I have done replacements numerous times on both (for multiple vehicles, but never more than once for each)! Just my opinion. Take care and good luck!
