Default Radio Swap from 2004 Lincoln tc to 2007 Ford E350

I have an old, but working radio from 2004 Lincoln Towncar. I was wondering if I can put that radio in my 2007 Ford E350 Van. The van has a radio that is old and pre-war style . If this radio fits, I would like to put it there.

Can anyone say if this fits or not?

That will not work. A 2012 and older towncar can works with the E350/e450 vans till 2008 model.

Uh, what? There were no Town Cars made in 2012. And from the way this is phrased, it seems like it should work.

Honestly, I would probably just buy a cheaper radio from Best Buy and have them install it and not worry about the wiring and everything.

    Good catch Tim

I meant 2002 and older Towncars, but I agree you can buy a cheaper with an aux in input from anywhere cheap.
