    Default Virtual Phone Sysytem

Does anyone use a virtual PBX phone system like Ring Central or Virtual PBX. If so what service do you use and are you happy with it.

I have just started with ringcentral. We are expanding our company into another city but wanted to keep our office staffing to a minimum and have it appear to have multiple offices. Our offices would all have to have internet service, so we went with the virtual phone system with local numbers. Two birds with one stone so to say. We have it also configured to go thru to our drivers cells as well. If our client forgets the limo drivers number they can call the office and be redirected back to their driver.

That's what I use, kind of odd that everyone that works there is named Pat.

I have used Grashopper, which used to be gotvmail.com. I am quite satisfied with it - Great service.

Ring Central for a month - it has been a total DISASTER. I HATE IT.

Still using onebox.com... going on about 4 years now. Problems are minimal. Does everything I want including call recording. Price is right.

I use Alliance phones ( http://www.alliancephones.com/ ), have 3 units with them. So far good, but once in a while I get a dropped call. Its been 5 months, and I had 5 outages for less than 10 minutes. Other than that, so far so good; call quality is crystal clear. I also like Vonage Business, a little expensive and yet you get what you pay for; I plan to try one unit with them when time allows.
