    Default LimoAnywhere Down this morning!

Is anyone else experiencing a problem with logging into LimoAnywhere? I can't login! I have called the office and I keep getting a voicemail. Is there another number that I can call where I can speak to a person? Do they have a place in which they tell us that they know of an issue, blah, blah, blah.... And that they are working on it? Either way, this is my first time with limoanywhere and the problem with it being down, what do I do?? Help LimoAnywhere (I'm freaking out)!!

Yes. I had to call the emergency number this morning after submitting a trouble ticket. It looks like they don't offer live after hours emergency help. It is a voicemail system that says it will page someone. By late morning the system was back up. One thing that really came in handy for me this morning was the automatic e-mailed manifest that's sent to me every night at midnight with jobs listed for the next few days. If you don't have this set up, I highly suggest it.

All that said, in 6 yrs of using L.A. this may be the second time I've had to call the emergency number. No complaints here, stuff happens.

It started working almost an hour later, but wow, I thought I was prepared having the whole manifest thing..... But the DA app wasn't working either and my drivers didn't have the trips in their phones. Luckily I did have the manifest, and so I sent out the trips via email to them, but wow! I need to have them prepared better next time to know how and what to read on the trip notes.

That manifest email feature is great. Saved me a few times. System wasn't down though. I was just in a situation where I needed immed access to info and didn't have a computer, just a "smart" phone.

There are a couple of things you can do to be prepard next time.

    1. Download and install LimoAnywhere Local. This small software is on your computer and backs up the next 3 days of trips. From LA Local you can print a daily manifest and driver trip sheets.

    2. You can set up in My Office / Email Templates & Setting / Email Res Manifest to have your daily manifest emailed to you.

This will ease the Freaking Out process.
