Default Hyundai Equuis for your fleet

My name is Glenn Long, I am the Internet Manager for Crown Hyundai St. Petersburg.

I am letting anyone interested in adding to their fleet, the Hyundai Equuis and Genesis through an aggressive new program through Hyundai Finance.

Approved applications include limousines, airport transfers, executive car services, funeral homes, etc. Hyundai has a new program called the Hyundai BLack Car Incentive which gives you exclusive pricing the general public is not offered.

If you are in Central Florida, please email me so I can provide details. The RNC is right around the corner, get a few brand new Equuis for your fleet.

In all honesty I really like the Equus.... Just my opinion.

It is a nice vehicle. If someone were to give me one, I would gladly take it. As far as using the Equus for the RNC Convention, I think that will go over like a lead balloon.

I just figured the guys that think anything less than a Lincoln or Cadillac for a limo is an abomination would tear this guy up, I remember this happening before when someone mentioned a Hyundai limo. I think they look better than the new Lincolns.

Looks kinda like a Lexus. It's not bad.

Gotta do something since the TC isn't being made anymore

I'm actually very impressed. With a starting price of about $60k and what it offers, it's right up there with Cadillac. The only thing it has going against it, is the Hyundai name. It's definately a cultural thing, but they should have gone the route of other foreign automobile manufactures and introduced a new brand name. It's an American thing. Hyundai is catching on as a producer of luxury cars but will never been seen as a luxury car manufacturer when you can get another new Hyundai model for $14k that is a non-luxury, cheapo car. Even if it was still a Hyundai with a different name, perception has a way of becoming reality.

I always understood it to be Equus. More than one Equus would be Equi...

Very nice auto just the same. We see quite a few of them here actually.

I would rather buy a new Cadillac XTS for $44k than a new Equus for $60k. And Cadillac has much better luxury brand recognition.

Maybe as a "whole" Cadillac has that recognition, as well as being extremely high maintenance...... But.... BUUUUUTTT! Did you know that it is said that 10% of American Express Black Card holders also own an Equuis.. Interesting??? Don't know what an American Express Black is? Google it.

So...about 3 of the 31 black card holders... Hahaha. Just kidding. So what if Cadillac has higher maintenance costs? I saved $16k in the purchase of the car that I could use for it. Plus, nobody knows the true maintenance costs of the new XTS.

Another huge negative is the Equus is only offered with two bucket seats in the rear. Really limits you to 3-passengers. Not good, especially when we have requests for sedans from small families.

Since I have trailer loads of irons in this fire I won't say anyting. But, I will ask one question. Does the Equis come with a livery warranty to match the 150,000 mile warranty on the XTS Livery Sedan?

Oh, I'm sure it is the standard 10/100k warranty.
