Great looking site, clean and fast.

In my opinion the most important elements are missing.

1- The site does not have an e-mail address to answer questions to visitors.
(People have questions, sometimes lot of them)

2- no online reservation form. WOW! this is a big one.

People are using less and less fax.

As for on line reservations. We do not take online reservations for hourly limo service. We require a signed contract from the client. Our local site in Daytona and Palm Coast offers online ap reservations. We are too far from Orlando to offer this service in that area. The problem with on line hourly reservations is you have nothing if they cancel, break something have over time etc. They will win the charge back every time.

why did you get a .info domain name? your ranking will be terrible

It will not. We have many sites with .info and when the seo is done correctly the site will rank just fine. .com vs .info doesn't mean anything.

That couldn't be any further from the truth. .com ranks way better than .info with the same circumstances. If you were able to rank a site easily with .info it's probably because it wasn't a very competitive term.

Do a google search for limos in Daytona and tell me were you see www.palmcoastlimos.info

Then do a search for daytona weddings and tell me were you see www.daytonaweddings.info

Ok now jacksonville limos www.elegantjacksonvillelimos.info

Ok one more. orlando limos. www.orlandolimos.info this site has climbed from page 19 to page 2 in 3 months. We should hit page 1 in about 2 or 3 months.

I am no Internet specialist but I do know what I'm doing and I think our site ranking says something.

Aside from Orlando those terms are very small for search volume though which means that there isn't nearly as much competition. You can see this by checking the google keyword tool. Your sites are good and have nice amounts of content, but my point is if they were the same domains but .com you would have much better results or it would take less effort to get the same results. The only way to find out is to test some sites for the same term and see which is easier to rank. I have done this for different cities with competitive search terms. After seeing my results I will only buy .com and .net.

I stay away from anything that isnt .com or .net, and I try to stick to .com. If you look at it from googles point of view which would they trust more? .info is much more likely to be spam than .com. Plus not to mention that .com has been around longer than anything else so its more likely to be trusted. Just like .gov or .edu is going to be trusted more and carry more weight than a .com. Now if we could only register those...

If you were searching wouldn't you be more likely to click a .com over .info if they both had the same text? If you get more clicks that's more traffic not to mention that one of googles ranking factors is your click through ratio from the search results.
