I can't recommend a transportation provider, but I highly recommend Disney's Grand Californian. You would be within walking distance of the park, as well as have the privilege of early park admittance on some days, as well as a number of other benefits exclusive to guests of the resort.
Think most of the hotels have an airport shuttle on only a 20 minute drive
