Has anyone heard of a recent teen death in a limo(alcohol related)?

I recently got a call asking if it was my company that was involved in an alcohol related teen death. I said no, of course and asked about it. Supposedly, another company in California that has recently added, "Limo Kings" to their business, is being sued for being negligent and knowing about the alcohol. I say supposedly, because I have Googled it and found nothing. So my only guess is that it's BS, because I would think I would have heard more by now.

I hate start gossip without a strong source, so I will say once again that it sounds like BS.

But it got me thinking. Why would CPUC allow another company to use my company name? They are registered with the Secretary of State as an llc and I am just a sole proprietorship(currently). When I first heard about the other company using my name, I was upset. But I didn't see them as direct competition so I let didn't respond. But what happens if this alcohol related teen death is true and I start getting bad publicity?

A slight variation may be enough to "get it through", but it's still not legal/legit. If they would have done a simple Google search, they would have seen me all over the front page doing business in California. And I'd like to give them the benefit of the doubt that they are smart enough to have done that. So I assume they just didn't care.
