I dont understand the first owners of these cars not paying attention to recalls and getting the intakes done free of charge or does it not apply to commercial vehicles?

Same, both my LTC's had the old version intake.

And one company has the old intake on their limo, and its at 232 k miles...

Here are some more pictures. We did some minor body work and redid the bar in dark cherry wood.

The sad thing is they get a letter from the dealer.

This one is getting an intake before we book it. My cost is $155. plus about 3 hours of my time. I call that a good price for piece of mind.

Nice work on the rehab of the bar! It really does a lot to freshen up the interior of the car.

We are real happy with how the bar came out. A friend of ours has a wood shop. He builds counters and cabinets. The original plan was to replace the bad wood with black again. But he had a nice piece of dark cherry left over from another job. I always like the look of cherry wood.

RGB LED Tape with a multi color control box. I tied it into the existing bar lights.

Seems like it would be more complicated as nice as it looks. I gotta update mine as I still have white rope on my bar.

Not much to it and I like the fact that it uses hardly any power. Here is the link to the kit we used.
