Hummer H2 Limo's

It has come to my attention over the past year or so that the Hummer H2 limo's go up for sale between 60,000 and 80,000 miles. Is there a particular reason for this or just coincidence?? I'm just wondering because I have a 2003 H2 200" with 80,000 miles on it and any input on potential problems down the road may be helpful. Thanks!!!

Interesting post. I'd vote coincidence. I absolutely love our H2 stretches. Maybe these folks are finding out how they've retained their value and are looking to cash out. And honestly, any potential problem you run into can be fixed. No worries. Its not a Porsche, its a GM... and parts are available and relatively inexpensive when you use the proper channel.

A Hummer is a Chevy Suburban with a shoe box on top. The parts are just standard Chevy truck parts. But they are fun to work on with that big hood in the way.

Thanks for your thoughts folks, when you invest in something you need to trust you kinda need to an eye on the aging prosess. At 80,000 miles this 200" is still performing realy well! Thanks Again!

Believe it or not, I find it just as easy, if not easier to get to everything. I'm a Ford guy, but I really like my Hummers.

Who built your H2?

Fainrfax.....my h2 was built by Craftsmen Coach Works, and I must say a very well built unit. A 2003 and still looks and drives very nice. I've been all over the under carriage and some areas could be a little over kill, it's a loss they went under in my opinion.

What you have there is one of the best limousines ever built. They made the choice to switch from limos to limo-buses for larger margin. The Haswells are some of the finest guys I've ever dealt with.
