Default Starting farm out limo company

Hello I'm starting a farm out limo company and just wanted to know every procedure I need to do to get it started. I will be serving the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. So I wanted to know all legal procedures I have a limo company lined up already to help me but I'm looking to expand and also is 70/30 a regular split for the jobs? Please let me know thanks.

Thanks for responding I'm in the tri-state area of New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut with a lot of connections up here. When you take on work from other companies what is your percentage split? Also when I start advertising in that area I would definitely think of you right now focusing up here..will keep in touch thanks for responding...get back.

Typically between 10-30%. The Farm-out company will mark the price up and the Farm-in company will give a discount that is mutually agreed upon. I really don't think you can make any money unless you have at least 30% profit in a trip. This could change if it is a big trip such as an all day as directed or motorcoach trips.
