Happy new year's everyone. I'm new to the limousine industry looking for a little insight on the business. I'm a upcoming limousine company that going to be out of charlotte north carolina. I just wanting some advice to making my company better. If you got any to give on the good side and the bad side would be a good help to me and my staff. For the most part i have did my research but still want to network with alot of you out here as well.

What were the top 3 "surprises" you discovered while creating it?
What are your strengths/weaknesses is fleet acquisitions, sales, fixed cost knowledge, recurring cost knowledge, scheduling, and management?
