    Default Leasing Help and Recommendations

Hello. This seems like it could be a good place for information from people who know something.

I own two limo buses running in Idaho and would like some help with a new contract agreement with the lessee.

Where can I find a good (or common) lease agreement for limo bus owners to people who wish to lease them from me? I run into roadblocks with my current agreement, which was made with nothing more than a handshake (lessee is my cousin). But now the business is growing into more than 'project' size and is in need of distinct parameters for us to agree upon.

I would like a lease agreement made specifically for limo buses, the usual pricing per month, and the responsibilities of what the owner and the lessee can agree to.

Any help here would be greatly appreciated.

You need someone who is accurately familiar with your State and Local laws. The best help you will get is from an Attorney, anything you hear from someone else may not be accurate and may leave you vulnerable to lawsuits.

I would agree. Very little money to invest and also opens the door to an office that you may need for bigger battles. Using them for little stuff will give you an idea if they are any good, because when the storm hits you do not want to be vetting.

Ok, this is a good direction to go then. I will shop around and see what attorney can help me. Thanks for the advice.
