    Default Trademarking your name

Has anyone here trademarked their name? Not your logo design but, as defined by the USPTO, the "Standardized Characters." A few new Bella Vita Limousines popped up in the last few days and I cant say I like it one bit! Our trademark is pending at the moment.

We can not be sure but are extremely confident. We have blown away all requirements and a booking more rides than ever. They require we have everything set up before approval and we have our customers, our site which is already making reservations, letters of support, warehouse, cars lined up, three domain names, our entity formation, trademark (pending), our cars lined up and thousands of rides within the last two years. We are ready and have enough business to already support operation as soon as we are approved. We will begin a lawsuit if not approved.
