    Default What would the Ideal Lead Service for Limousine Companies be?

    Hi,

    I am interested in some feedback from anyone willing to share some information about what they like and dislike about lead service providers?

    It sounds as if the biggest complaint is that of sharing leads with other companies?

    We are working hard to provide companies with targeted leads that are exclusive.

    In the month of April we sent out 1400 free leads and we will send out in excess of 2000 in April.

    Whatever leads make the most bookings. No offense to your service but I've always found your leads to be bottom of the barrel due to having bad search engine rankings. By the time they request a lead from you they have already called everyone in the area.

    Quite frankly I am tired of paying all of these lead services and not booking anything from them. I no longer use any of them.

    I prefer to grow my own websites and generate my own leads.

    Whatever happened to the idea of providing real value for service? I remember being extremely satisfied with the lead service I was using less than 3 years ago until a buy-out occurred. Quantity has nothing to do with quality. I love these companies who constantly tout numbers. "We have 150,000 unique hits per --" Never mind none of them are my prospective clients.

    If your conversion rate falls below 15%, you're probably wasting your $$.

    Money and time. I think 15% is a little far fetched though. Even off my own company calls I think I do about 4-5%. If I could do 4-5% off limos.com I would never turn leads off.

    I turn on LDC every once and again just to see if maybe things changed. Much to my chagrin...they are pretty much the same. I get a better ROI on Google Adwords than LDC.

    I do the LDC for Business (forground.com) and get a few bookings out of it. Nice thing is that it is no money out of pocket but instead 15% commission of the fare is what they keep. At least I get results with no money up front.

    Me either - how/where do I sign up for this? I would prefer this since I am evolving into a more sedan type service anyhow.

    You have to go into your LDC account and tweak some settings. I think it is something like One Click Reservations. And ForGround.com is LDC, just with a different name.

    Well 15 percent is not a bad deal..better than all the money that gets wasted in other lead companies..
