I would say company , unless there is a driver who broke company policies of drinking, drugs in this case ya the driver . I mean accidents are a part of driving and when we open a transportation company we all knew at one point we would have to deal with accidents as well.

Amen Natasha! A newbie on the forum that actually "gets it". But, even if drugs or alcohol are involved.....still your problem. That is why we have drug & alcohol testing and DOT mandated supervisor training for detection. The company is always responsible for its vehicles and drivers. When anything bad happens and a lawsuit is involved....they are coming after the company primarily.

I have a small story for you guys. This was about 2 yrs ago. After a night out with the 120 our driver at the time called us at 2am to tell us he hit something. Well that something turned out to be a cement pole in a parking lot. The dumb ass got too close to it and tried to make a right turn and crunched the rear door to the point it wouldn't even open. When we saw him and the car the next day we told him we have ins for accidents not idiots. He paid to fix the door.

I was referring to the $169 coupon you were running. They wanted a good deal and I won't go that cheap. Those customers are all yours. We still refer people for LAX, your the best deal. We want $300 plus gratuity.

Maybe Elvis hasn't left the building yet!!
I want to die while asleep like my grandfather,
not screaming in terror like the passengers in his car.
