You should really pay someone to edit your website to fix all the grammatical disasters. I went through it a bit after reading your post and sometimes I have to read a sentence 4 or 5 times.

I continue to be amazed as to how horrible grammar is in our industry. I find it to be a big problem.

We been using zoombak its a very good system and it has not let us down yet it also works on our 26 passenger party bus and all our other cars in the fleet

I may be posting this prematurely but we received our device on Sat. It is now Sunday and it is still not working. I tried to call left a message. No tech support on the weekends. When we need it the most. So far not impressed. We will see what happens Monday. I have the device plugged into a limo that is in Orlando now. Plugged it in lights came on but the online system still shows stopped and not showing on the map. Figures why would something work like it should.

I COMPLETELY understand the frustration. If nothing else, it's bad timing to have the first experience be on a Saturday when our technical team isn't in the office. There are a number of factors that go into our limited support on the weekends (emergency only), but we do attempt to give a number of resources, like our knowledge library, to self-diagnose some issues. Because we ship via USPS, many businesses are only in the office from Monday-Friday, but I realize that isn't your situation, nor was that experience.

You will receive an email (since it appears that is how you wanted to be contacted) within the first hour of us being open, so by around 10amEST. I believe, after looking at your account, it should be a simple fix related to the first activation of the SIM inside the device. That can be confirmed by someone with more technical resources in the morning and your history since yesterday should populate into the system.

Again, we really apologize and hope we can give you a better starting impression in the morning.
