I have heard many discussions for and agaisnt regulations, etc. Some of you have been in business long enough to build up wisdom and understanding. It would seem on the surface that regulation would be good - keep the scum out and the legit in. Could you give us rookies a quick rundown on why too much regulation or government intervention can be bad?

I think they should be involved only to prove insurance, license chauffeurs and then get out of the way.
