Im curious to all that if anyone that has had or has a 1999-2003 Krystal kk33. The problem is that my front wheels seem to have a wheel hop on concrete or turns. I first thought it was tires, replaced tires still problem. Replaced shocks, still problem. went to a higher grade shock. still same problem. Im starting to think i have worn out leaf springs on front ?Bus only has 83,000 miles The alignment is off a little too right but nothing crazy but im just lost. I dont wanna spend the money on the leaf springs if its not going to fix the problem. My main driver that drives this bus the most said its pretty common that they ride like this but just the wheel action while driving next to it popping up and down just does not seem right. Just curious if anyone else has had this problem. Thanks in advance

Good Afternoon, I'm been searching aimlessly online for a repair order best suited for my shop.
I'm looking for one that is basic in the sense that we do most all of our repairs in house. Things that I keep finding that aren't necessary to me at this time are "customer information" (we are the customer), Parts Pricing (we don't sell parts to the ticket etc) so the price on the repair order isn't necessary, our mechanics are paid by the hour not by the job so the flagging of hours isn't necessary either.
Is anyone out there set up similar to the above and have a recommendation? I realize I can have one custom made but before I ventured down that path I wanted to give this a try.

Thank you all in advance!

First I'd like to say hello, this is my first post here. I do professional automotive electronics and car entertainment systems and have a few GREAT limo clients. I must admit it's an interesting biz to say the least!

So the problem is that the rope light that goes around the mirror on the ceiling is only very dimly lit at the tips on both sides. It's a krystal stretched suburban with Lumenyte LimoLyte2 fiberoptics. The rest of the stuff works great, the owner had someone TRY to install a flip down on the roof and they may have done some damage. Any insight would be appreciated before I dive into it!

Thanks!
