It seems people are having trouble with limits on permits for limos. Does it matter if they are Party Buses or not? Where should I go to make sure we can actually start this business before getting denied the proper permits.

What's your 20?

To the best of my knowledge Orlando doesn't cap the number of permits & the permit processing is fairly straight forward.

If the bus sits more then 20 persons the vehicle is exempt from Orlando permits.

Look up Orlando ordinances through municode for more info.

Who would I be able to sit down and talk to to figure out all the necessary permits, registrations, etc I need. Ive been reading a lot of people talking about DOT registration, but do I need more than just a license plate? is there a difference between FL DOT and the regular DOT? We are based in downtown Orlando. In-Motion Entertainment is the company. We are starting with two 20 passenger party buses for night life in the area. It acts as a wing so to speak for the promotion company. What insurance do you recommend? Where do you recommend getting 2 55k dollar 25 passenger buses remodeld? Sorry for all the questions, thanks for any help you can give me.
