Took delivery of 2004 200" Excursion 3 weeks ago. About 10 items that were on my purchase order were omitted from the vehicle w/o my approval. They delivered a vehicle I did not order, essentially. I have called and left several messages for the owners and they refuse to answer my calls. Stay away from this company!!! They are rip offs.

When you say "Purchase order" do you have a copy of the documented features/options that were supposed to be in the vehicle, along with VIN number, price, etc?

I know of two operators who have stopped buying from this company and neither of them will give the reasons they are not buying, maybe your case may explain what is going on.
