We have one of their (Vartanian) 2003 6 passenger Executive Limo Vans. There were some problems with getting the vehicle finished & delivered on time, however I think they had just recently finished the purchase and transition of Vartanian so I am not sure if they had their line tooled up properly at the time.
There were numerous workmanship & quality problems upon delivery, and several reliability issues in the past 12 months (all on coachbuilder parts, not Ford) however their saving grace is that they have been very responsive on warranty claims. Hopefully they have worked the bugs out of their production. Based on their customer service I'd be willing to give them one more shot.
