I don't know anyone who would re-stretch a Limo and even if they did, the job would cost a fortune, as for the discrepency in the length of the sides, well you could toy about with all the settings on the car but it would never be truly right, I believe that you can refuse the car but I'm sure there is a time limit on doing that, however in this case you might also be able to bring a case for the vehicle not being of "merchantable quality", a good lawyer may be able to help with that.
