Is there anyone in the Washington DC area that can tell me what the process and cost is for Airport permits for Dulles, Reagan and BWI.

Thanks for the vote of confidence Michael!
BWI requires a sticker/badge thingy to use the "outer loop" Contact the Maryland Aviation Administration at 1-888-713-1414. the cost is $75/year
To the best of my knowledge, neither Dulles or Reagan require permits, only a valid itinerary sheet to be with the driver.
Limos4you can confirm/deny this info. (He does alot more airport work than I do!)

Mark is correct about BWI. The permit does allow you to park in reserved spaces (although these fill up frequently). You still have to pay the normal rate to park. With regard to Dulles and National:
I believe that "technically" you are supposed to be licensed in Virginia and D.C. The reality is that as a Md. based company, I have never had a problem operating out of any of the airports. As Mark said, just make sure you have a iten. with you. You can contact the D.C. area Limo association if you want details on being licensed in VA. and DC. However, I would not worry about it unless that is where your base of operation is
