DOES THE NLA REALLY CHASE DEADBEATS?

I HAVE READ IN SOME DIFFRENT FORUMS THAT THE NLA HAS BEEN INVOLVED IN RESOLVING MONEY ISSUES?? WHAT FORMAT DO YOU USE? I WOULD LOVE TO HAVE YOU COLLECT FOR ME SEEING 98% OF THE PEOPLE THAT OWE US MONEY ARE NLA MEMEBERS SUPPOSEDLY IN GOOD STANDING. I SUGGEST WE GO BACK TO THE OLD TATICS OF COLLECTING MONEY AND THEY CALLED THAT DOING BUSINESS!

If some of us owes you money, well collect! how?
that's simple give them some work they will be happy to do your work. No everybody in this industry are bad people, but some just cannot pay their bills. So collect your money. Send them work! that's how I got my money back. Just try, It works.

If you are an NLA Member, they have an area that aided in collection disputes. John Sinabaldi used to head this area however with the new management deal, I am not sure if he is continuing his efforts, or if someone else is doing it. Or, if it has even continued....

VILLAGE, I WOULD LOVE TO GIVE YOU WORK, WHAT I WAS SAYING WAS THE PEOPLE THAT CALL SET UP A RUN AND THEN THEY COLLECT THE MONEY FROM THE CLIENT BUT NEVER PAY THE OTHER FARM COMPANY-- THOSE ARE THE LITTLE SNAKES WE NEED TO SQUASH-- JUST 2 BIT NICKEL CROOKS, MOST OPERATORS ARE GOOD PEOPLE AND MEAN WELL BUT DO THE WRONG THING AND TRY SCAMMING THE CASH.

Yes I am here, and have been helping NLA members with money issues. Our Vendor commitee also deals with software issues,warranty work, etc. Any problems you have with other NLA members our commitee works on resolving them.

As for me, I have been working mostly on money issues. We have been successfull in resolving about 90% of the complaints. I will help any member for any amount. I have worked on cases that involved abouts as high as 120k or as little as $500.00.

Those members who end up being deadbeats are posted on my NLA Deadbeat list on this forum. I also feel that any member expelled or suspended will be listed on the Vendor Liaison section in the upcoming LCT in April.
