Try Rolls Royce at Crewe the price will shake you, but a first class carpenter will make them for you and laquer them at areasonable price.

I was looking for some papers today and came across an advert for what you are looking for. Its a 4 glass holder slightly like the sort of holder pubs in England have where there is a slot at the front to slide the glass into its recess. Measures 13 1/2" long 1 3/4" high and 3 5/8" deep and made in black or walnut.$24.25 each from Infinite Innovations try their web site. They are in Springfield Missouri.
Thats about seventeen pounds sterling plus shipping.
Good luck
