NADA has a section on limos with options. They will give you low and high. I would also look at the Limousine exchange newspapers to spot check prices.

The usual factors apply to any car, Mileage, condition, service record etc, etc, each car ( and in particular Limousines )will be worth more or less depending on how hard a life it has had. You can get an older car that is in far better condition than a new one owner model that has been run for a short time but was neglected. Make sure that everything works on the car, bodywork should not require any work, check tires and wheels ( if the wheels have marks or gouges on them or the tires are scuffed its a good guide to how much wear and tear there has been on the steering and suspension ) take a small magnet with you when you look at a car, if its been hit and filled on the bodywork the magnet won't hold, this could hide serious damage ).
Good luck finding a car.

These are what limos have sold for in the past -- try to find a similar car and mileage.

Check their maintenance records carefully.
