Licensing and Authority in Washington Maryland and Virginia

I am going through the process of starting a Limo Service in the Washington DC area. I am based in Maryland and waiting for my License and approval from the Public Service Commission and in the process of filling out paperwork for the WMATC. My question is what agency governs Virginia and what type of approval do I need from them? In addition I am starting myself with a 6 Passenger Limo and if I'm understanding the paperwork properly for the WMATC....I need $1,500,000 minimum of Insurance.....is this correct?

Did you get a response to your question regarding Vrginia? How about your License? You said you were in the process of getting it from the Public Service Commission.

We are licensed through the PSC, in the final stage with the WMATC and still waiting for the Sticker from VA which will allow us to drop off and pick up from MD and DC to VA. We still need VA tags to do point to point runs within Virginia
