I am running in to problems of a buyer of my limo from the states trying to title in canada. Does anyone know of any problems that exist, or is it just because the buyer is looking to make some trouble? It is a 2000 linc tc 120" qvm..

Looking at the first section ( page 1) all you need is a compliance letter from the builder that the vehicle conforms to FVMSS standards.
As Marcus asks, who is the builder ? is he listed on page 10 ? If its QVM it should be standard practice to be acceptable for import.

I just realized "Springfield" is noted in the topic headline. They are not on the list so you will have a VERY hard time getting it into Canada.
