As to not hijack "driver pay" thread anymore, I will finish here. I realize this only applies to a minority here, but I do not want to leave this topic with false info. I contacted the officer who did our federal safety audit. She was under the impression that we had a vehicle over 15 passengers (yea, I'm confused on that too). So, in Indiana here it is: for under 15 passengers and under 10,000# you need a chauffeurs w/public passenger. Those with a Class B or Class A CDL do NOT need a passenger endorsement for the previously mentioned vehicles. Sorry for boring all you who are not in Indiana.
