As far as a Flight being delayed, my suggestion to you is figure out which one will make you more $ and farm out the other one. i.e. you are at the airport, and the flight is delayed 2 hours, and you have a night-out starting in 2 hours, try to get another car to the airport in time for the delayed flight and go on to your party, or if that doesnt work, you should farm out the
evening out run and stay at the airport!
Farm Fees, I believe are 15% of the total run. Thats the amount you should offer, and its also the amount you should recieve!

Hello James.... Yes, flights are delayed & p/u times change. The internet is an invaluable tool. Try Flightarrivals.Com and TheTrip.Com for updates (private as well.) Whatever you do, make sure your client is not left standing! If you have to lose money on this airport run do it! It's better than loosing the client!

James, It is always a good idea to meet and associate with the other small operators in your area. You can get a feel for their reliability and proffesionalism by taking a look at how their equipment and drivers are presented. I am a small two car operation and often rely on other small operators to bail me out. It is a two way street. Use good judgement and you should be able to establish a good working relationship with other operators.
