There is a wealth of information here, "I am another fool" who wants to get in the Business based in Boston. I drive a lexus GX470 suv, private car. Is it a good idea to trade in for the "C word" ESV black on black or just use what i have for now to get in the business. Am willing to either work hard and succeed or fail giving it my best shot too. Just been laid off and it,s getting tough. What is your take on this?

If you've just been layed off I would just stick with what you have. A lexus is just as good as a Cadi, and it would cost you alot of money to trade in on both the selling and buying end.

True. Start with what you have. See how it goes. Try Suburban for starters if you want to trade it in. If it goes good, invest another $5K in a conversion to Escalade. Suburbans are only $35K
