I have been a happy customer of Springfield Coach since 1998. The most trouble free limousines that I have owned. Real workhorse limos with unbelievable reliability. Not the most fancy limos but surley among the most reliable.

I ownwd springfieds sinscce 1990 and they are great cars but since cigis exsitance i AM NOT HAPPY WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SUPPORT and they are getting away form the origional springfield tradiotions they are answering to investors ony not customers

springfield coach has definitely went down hill since the new people have taken over. does anybody know what has happened to old people who were at springfield coach before. have they started anything new?

As far as I'm aware springfield limos, springfield caochworks are two seperate companies,one has qvm status one doesn't.

YEAH BUT I BOUGHT 2 2005 120 LINCOLN STRETCHES SAYS ON INVOICE IT IS A QVM BUT FORD SAYS IT ONLY HAS THE 4/50000 MILE WARRANTY NOT THE 4/150000 MILE WARRANTY I WAS TOLD THATS WHY I BOUGHT THEIR CARS THETY NEVER SUBMITTED THE PAPERWORK TO FORD FOR MY ESP COVERAGE I BOUGHT THEM IN FEB NOW ITS JUNE

HI I AM IN A Real dilemma this company really screwed me spoke to warranty company was suppose to overnite check to mechanic person in office sent check by ground freight mechanic has been waiting 90 days for payment so he will not release car he has been getting the run around from this company for 90 days so this weekend i have alot of work cant cover because of their disregard for my warranty i cant get no one to cover these runs so clients are pissed i gave them cigi phone # and told them it was out of my hands and i dont know what else i should do appreciate any feedback

Has your mechanic had the limo for 90 days or is he not paid for previous repairs?And you took the limo in again for more repairs?How much is owed ? Can you pay the mechanic to get limo and wait to get your money from springfield?? Also is this springfield coach or springfield limos ? They are two different companies springfield coach is cigi.Have you tried ford QVM to help with the situation?

What was repaired for $3000??
How did the mechanic get the limo if the repairs were done 3 months ago??
Seems odd that the mechanic has the limo 3 months after being repaired, what's the rest of the story.
Did you check with UPS for a tracking # and see if the check was actually sent??
If the check is on the way the mechanic should give you the limo, if his money gets to him wednesday.Do you have a relationship with this shop or is this their first time dealing with you??
Did ford offer you any assistance in getting the warranty taken care of, or in trying to get you paid??
Who have you contacted at CIGI ,if anyone??

THAT IS THE WHOLE STORY WHEN I BOUGHT 2 NEW 2005 SPRINGFIELD LIMOS ALOT OF STUFF WAS WRONG WITH LIMOS I TOOK IT TO REPAIR SHOP FORD DEALER AND THEY CALLED SPRINGFIELD GOT WRITTEN AUTH AND DID REPAIRS THAT WAS 90 DAYS AGO EVER SINCE THEN SERVICE ADVISOR HAS BEEN CALLING THEM AND GETTING THE RUN AROUND VOICE MAIL NO ONE RETURNS PHONE CALLS AND THEY HAVE HAD SO MANY WARRANTY PEOPLE WITH THAT COMPANY ITS A SHAME CALLED FORD AND QVM CANT HELP ME THEY DONT GIVE A SHIT SO I AM STUCK I GOT TRACKING # FOR CHECK BUT THEY WANT MONEY NOW I CANT BLAME I KNOW I CANT WAIT 90 DAYS TO GET PAID SO MY LAWYER IS GONNA GET INVOLVED I HEAR RUMORS THAT THIS COMPANY IS GOING BANKRUPT

I contacted CIGI in florida directly and got the problem solved. Sprinfield in missouri gave the shop the run around. Like I said I contacted CIGI on a Saturday and 2 hours later I received a phone call and the problem was solved.Shop received a check fedex 3 days later.
As to the limo it had some paint problems, an a/c vent needed to be installed,and a water leak.Since it was fixed everything has been fine and the quality of the limo seems very good.

cigi is a mess I have a friend back east that bougt some cars from them cant ger them warrantied talks to anew person evertime they pick up the phone he called me and told me to help him get rid of these cars and get some quality built cars i am going to recommend him to springfield limo sales

just want to clarify the following
springfield limousine sales is not affiliated at all, in any matter, with cigi or springfield coach builders.
springfield limousine sales is made up of the ex founding owner and management and ex employees of the original springfield coach builders that saw the success from 1994 to 2004,
the company was sold to cigi in january of 2004
springfield limousine sales currently is a non qvm builder of 120"-140" lincolns, mercurys, excursions and hummer H-3's. they build on new and used chassis
the company is still based in springfield missouri

I'll tell you whats going on there is that since John Bumgarner has sold SCB to Cigi, and Rex Williams and some former employees has left, they have went down hill. You don't have good customer service anymore.

Well one of my problems are gone sold car for a 10,000 loss. Cut my losses, now when i can.Still waiting for rob head of customer relations to get back to me. I left 4 messages for him so far this week no responce!!!!!!!I advise anyone interested in buying a limo please contact me i have alot of voice recording's of how they treat they customers and federal trade commision case #'s from 4 other companies.Please stay away from this company cars are made like crap interior looks like it is 5 years old when car is 8 months old they build crap .So my next option is to go to court.i will update this forum when i find out more!!!!!!!!!!

i know several comanies in the same mess and for a short time had the use of a cigi car and a comany 30 miles frome me bought a few cigi cars and I have been busy helping him unload these peices of junk they are 05s and my boss recommended i help them get rid of these cars if we can keep the together long enough to sell our comany had JBs cars and we are thrilled with them and would recommend them to everyone rading this fourm and stay away from CIGI because they only know how to build a limo on paper from the sights Ive seen in thier shoddy workmanship,im suprised ford allows them to carry a QVM status whenever the cars are held together with chewing gum going out the door to the customer

Can't wait till april for the limo show in florida i will be at cigi aka springfield's booth talking people out of buying there crap.Tried to remedy problem with rob at cigi all they did was dick me around so i figure if i talk at least one person out of buying there crap my mission is complete.Hey cigi see you at the show!!!!!!!!
