Before doing anything you should check with your local authority if they will register the vehicle for hire use, I would suggest that you consider another type of vehicle that is certified for stretching by the manufacturer as the Hummer ( AM General ) is not, AM General have also stated that if their vehicles are stretched, all warranties are void. There are two vehicles certified at the moment and both are Ford, check them out at Ford fleet .com.
Remember the first bit, if you can't register it, then its a very expensive toy.
