concept head unit

am i missing something here rear heat its a concept head unit control panel red is heat and blue is air right!!
i press up to 90 and blows luke warm ???
first limo new limo here and trying to work the bugs out i hear some sort of a blower moter behind the back of the driver seat goes on the off after 4 seconds??? any answers or am i not turning something on??

What are your talking about ??? Is your heater not working ? please explain.

Do you have a fan speed switch/dial? Is that working?

Only other thing I can think of if you are not getting hot air is that there may be a shut of valve under the hood that stops fluid going into the rear heater cores. Many companies install this to get the AC colder in the summer.

Is this a new or used vehicle?

If new contact manufacturer for info.
