Hey guys whats up,hope everyone had a good holiday. Here's my question to start of the New Year.Wanna know the real deal on what a newcomer should expect coming into this business? Im asking because as i read i see many as myself of course ask advice on how to get started.we have a few bucks and were ready to buy a limo and get rich. What should we really expect to make in the 1st year working for a company or on are own? then what should we expect to be making 5yrs down the line on the high end? I hope to get so feedback from many and what area you are doing business in that you base your input on. what other factors might we miss, whats the number one thing you would tell a rookie that are often over looked, and is this a business where one can make 3-400k per yr and what would it take to get to that level.Thanx for any feedback

First off- Welcome to the forum!
Let's keep your expectations real. The first year you'll do nothing but spend money on everything from vehicles, office supplies, office and garage space. Advertising will be the next big hurdle. You'll most likely be doing farmed out jobs for a while too. It will take you probably 3 years to become established. By the 5 year mark, you may just have a loan or two paid off.
$300-400,000 a year?? I wish I was making anywhere near that amount. Is that your take in or your expenses?
Depending on your location, population and motivation, you may do very well. But, keep in mind that there have been a lot of companies that got in it for the quick money and were filing chapt. 7 in the first two years. Don't let yourself get over extended!
Good Luck to you.

Hi. Welcome.
One thought. Just because you have money and you can afford a limo or a bus or any type of car does not mean you will succeed in this business. There is a lot of flight by night companies that came in as fast as they left the business. You need to know what you are doing and if it will work. You need to be smart and have a good head on your shoulder. You need to have good drivers.
Dont expect too much from it unless you work hard. You have to focus on the corporate or party market and then you will see.
I dont know about corporate business but if you have a party car it should make you about $100-125K a year (each car).
