NLA Website

Dear Users,
I am in the process of making a list of suggested changes to the NLA web site, I would appreciate any suggestions you may have. I will start the list with a few
1. Create industry topic forums, where questions could be directed to the board, and have responses posted
2. Have minutes of meetings and financials posted in a password protected area for members only.
3. Create area were members could purchase clothing and other related items with NLA logo.
4. make login easier.
5. Create area where standard forms would be available, such as basic contracts for services, contractors, ect
6. Area where booklets would be available for sale on topics such as running a succesfull business, Employee policy manual, ect
These are just a few, lets not debate, just list suggestions.

Let's not forget the point I made in a post yesterday that it will take some infrastructure within NLA that does not now exist to support some aspects of this kind of expansion of a web site, particularly with respect to forms, manuals, etc. Gee, the NLA Store might even become a profit center so we don't have to endorse crummy products and services to make money. The NLA Store ought to have a booth at BOTH trade shows to peddle its paraphenalia - who knows, maybe people will join up just to get limousine lingerie!!
And one other thought, let's make sure NLA has server capacity for this kind of effort. This is a quantum leap from what NLA has had before OR now.

Would like to see online training courses, education. Could be made available to members to supplement, replace or establish training program for drivers.
