I am looking to start a limo company in Dallas. I have a GREAT outlet as I am in Radio. I know the industry is solid here, but where does a newcomer start? I have no clue as to the 1st thing to do. Where should my research begin? Looking into cars? Insurance? Licensed? Etc.... I have about $15,000 capital to work with and start this. Ideas? Suggestions. Like I said I have a very good "IN" to getting clients and work right off the bat, the whole "Where do I start" is what is killing me.
