TN - State Requirements

Hello :

This is surely a boring question for many but I would like help on making sure I get the right information. I need help with the requirments for the sate of Tennessee and if necessary the Nashville area. I have attemtped to get help from some local operators but it seem everyone is very guarded in helping, I find that interesting and somewhat concerning.

Regardless, I do need help.
