Just wanted to share that I have been trying to buy a car from California Coach since Febraury 2004 and am not impressed with this company's ability to respond. Through email and phone conversations I have asked several design-related questions that I needed answered before going through with the purchase. Although some of the easy ones were answered the two biggest ones in my mind (related to safety) have been repeatedly ignored by numerous folks in their organization. Even a "no, we just can't do this" would have been fine with me, but instead I get no response! If this is how they treat prospective buyers I am pretty convinced that service after the sale must be pathetic.
