Hi Guys,
I am an aussie wanting to know what the standard conversion cost is for a 300c up to 140inch? I've noticed some 130inch from Springfield, but i heard you can't really get ten in the back with those.
I've been getting about 36-40k quotes! From LCW, Tiffany, LA Coachwork, Galaxy and LimeLiteLimo being between those figures.
Any back yarders? Could i negotiate them down?
thanks guys

Think about safty!!!
Are you willing to put your business at risk, just to save a few thousand dollars. I'm NOT!!!
Go with a well know builder. Try S&R Coach http://www.limobuilders.com they have always gave me a fair price.

I would stick with 130" anyway, the less stretch you can do on a Chrysler the less weight you will have destroying that sub par suspension and drivetrain.

We have a couple of 140" limos. They are perfect for 8-10 passengers. We sell them as 12 pass limos just like taxis are 4 passenger capacity.
LCW - fiberglass sagging floors
S&R - went out of business
Galaxy - just got a new owner so I dont know how work is
LaCoach - pretty expensive
Tiffany - pretty good but all cookie cutters
LimeLite - pretty customizable but a little bit on expensive side
Springfield - very cheap by cutting used cars with small milage

Oz we are a coachbuilder out of Springfield, MO, Imperial Body & Design. We can manufacture a 130 or 140" Chrysler 300 for you on a chassis provided by yourself. Pricing would be $30,000 for a 130" or $32,000 for a 140". You may see our interior styles, options and colors at www.limoland.com. If you would like us to build on a U.S. Chassis the 130" on a 2008 New chassis would be $59,969 or $61,969 for a 140". I can also handle all shipping to ports if needed (approx. $1,400) and Export. I currently have a quote for Melbourne or Sydney in a 40' container for $4,500. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to private message me or contact me at afrantz@limoland.com
**Please note we prefer to build the 130" as our standard.
